One of the implemented strategies for the Bank growth is to expand ATM++ nationwide. These ATM++'s offers customers to obtain banking services through Customer Service counter or an ATM machine. In addition to that, Bank Maspion increases its lending to several economic sectors, especially trading and industrial, two economic sectors that are able to stand economic crisis. Nevertheless, the Bank constantly gives out loans based upon the principle of Prudential Banking. The efforts to enhance services to our customers start from training all employees to always provide excellent service. Besides, it is imperative to apply product diversification, such as electricity and phone bill payment service, purchasing prepaid phone card for handphone, as well as new product development, that can be existing product development or new products launchings. Along with the information technology innovation, Bank Maspion is committed to implement a safe, rapid, accurate, and reliable system. With regards to the
vision carried, Bank Maspion invests in productive, competent, loyal, and
fully-dedicated human resources. Other supporting factors are execution of solid
