PT Bank Maspion Indonesia (The Bank) was established in April 1990 with an initial amount of authorized capital of Rp. 33 billion and 20 staff. The Bank has followed a sustained growth such that on July 28, 1995, The Bank obtained its foreign exchange license. The Bank progress was also evidenced in its increasing Total Assets, which rose to Rp. 1.148.279 million, Loans given rose to Rp. 593.761 million, and the Third Party Funds acquired are as much as Rp. 999.188 million at the end of year 2001. Through an ongoing exercise upon values in corporate culture such as loyalty and hard work, cost leadership, service quality, and the spirit of unity among individuals, the performance has improved further as time passed by so that the number of branches, staff, and capital has grown notably. The number of offices including ATM locations has significantly multiplied to 46 offices as of December 2001. The number of the staff has also increased to 642 people to accommodate the growth of the Bank. |
